Antistiana is the name the Roman area of Penedès located beside the Via Augusta. Our Cellar is located in the same area, and hence, the name.
This Wine is produced in a traditional and classic style. After prolonged fermentation at a temperature of 27 - 29ºC, alcoholic and subsequent malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the wine proceeds to rest and age in second and third year barrels for 12 months.
