Many of the vineyards are named after the farmers who took care of them for many years. In this case Jan, Bunyolenc and Roure are the names of three vineyards planted with Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, the three varieties that make up the blend of this wine.
Wine with a short ageing in oak, 3 months in French oak to be exact, and slow ageing and maturation in the bottle. The result of this perfect combination give us this wonderful balance between the varietal notes and those of evolution.
