Varieties: 100% Hamburg Muscat.
Vintage: 2008
Winemaking: Once we have seeded the grape it is allowed to macerate for 12 hours at a temperature of 14ºC. Afterwards the must is fermented for 15 days at a temperature of 14ºC-15ºC. Once the wine has been filtered and is ready to be bottled it is slightly carbonated and then put into bottles.

Alcoholic level: 12.75% vol
Number of bottles: 4.500 of 0.75 cl
