Pomell is the Catalan word for a mixed bunch of winter flowers. As this wine is the blend of a number of varieties we decided to create a linguistic parallel.
This is a version of a Xarello wine blended with Chardonnay aged on the lees in underground tanks in the style of the big white wines of Loire and Chablis. This ageing gives the wine a wealth of tertiary aromas. |
