It will change many consumers' attitudes towards rosé wines; we have succeeded in undoing much of the bad press rosé wines have received. The subject of many favourable write-ups and awards. A wine with strong personality, a complete success.
We create this beautiful rosé after 12 hours of maceration in contact with the skins and 15 days fermenting at a moderate temperature of 14-15ºC. A wine produced with 100% merlot. |
