Winemaking: Once the grapes have been destemmed they are macerated for 12 hours to achieve a rose colour that makes this wine stand out. The "Tears of Rose" are then fermented at a temperature of 14- 15ºC for 15 days. This process allows us to extract a complete range of aromas that suggest red berries and an assortment of flowers.
