The Gran Angular is a project aimed at developing a new line of experimental microvinifications, which began in 2010. Thanks to it, we can produce and offer the most curious and demanding wine lovers singular and unique wines.
The pillars of this small project are:

On this occasion, and from the latest 2022 harvest, we would like to present our latest Grand Challenge: the production of a wine without the use of the famous food preservative, sulfite. Due to the method followed in the production of these 3,153 bottles of white Xarel·lo wine, we can refer to it as a NATURAL wine.

Characteristics
- 100% Xarel·lo.
- A 60-year-old vineyard planted as bush vines.
- Hand-harvested grapes.
- Native yeast, naturally present on the skin of the grapes.
- Fermented using a “starter” (pie de cuba) made in the same vineyard to prevent any inoculation of yeast spores found in the cellar.
- Fermented in a stainless steel tank.
- Natural tartaric stabilization.
- Minimal filtration: it is filtered only twice—once before tartaric stabilization and once before bottling. NO sulfites added. After analysis, it has been confirmed that 12 mg/L of sulfites have been generated naturally. For this reason, we specify that it contains sulfites. By law, any wine with more than 10 mg/L of sulfites, regardless of their origin, must declare their presence.

This variety stands out for the complexity contributed by Xarel.lo: very mineral, with citrus and white-fruit notes; bold and luscious.
